Jenn’s prenatal and postnatal expertise has been such a blessing! I found Jenn when I went back to work after I had my second child. As a nursing mom with a baby and a toddler, and a full time job, I just didn't know how I was going to prioritize taking care of my body. One day, I googled "virtual trainer", found Jen, and haven't looked back.
In the 10 years we've worked together she has coached me through multiple life transitions and injuries. Jenn makes herself available through the inevitable schedule changes that come up, including if I need to shift time to work out from a hotel room on travel.
