I’m a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Prenatal Fitness Specialist, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist with 20+ years of experience helping women move better, feel stronger, and crush real-life goals. Whether you’re new to fitness, training for pregnancy, rebuilding postpartum, or chasing athletic goals in midlife, I’m here to coach, hype, and empower you every step of the way.

Squats, deep belly laughs, and killer playlists are essential parts of wellness.
If you trip mid-workout, we’re both laughing. Then we’ll fix your balance.
I genuinely love seeing women realize how strong, capable, and badass they really are.
